Management Styles: Detailed Descriptions

Delegative Management Style (Laissez-Faire Leader)

The delegative management style, often referred to as laissez-faire leadership, is characterized by a hands-off approach. Managers who adopt this style provide their team with a high degree of autonomy, trusting employees to take responsibility for their work and make decisions independently.
