Shein is set to open a new office in Manchester as it eyes UK expansion.
The site will be the fast fashion company’s second in the UK. It has a London office, which employs roughly 40 workers.
Shein will initially hire 15 staff members in 2024, according to The Mail on Sunday, with recruitment already underway.
Positions are believed to be focussed on clothing buyers and designers for the UK and European market.
The retailer already sources some of its clothing from Leicester and Manchester.

The news comes after Shein bought Missguided from Frasers Group last month.
The purchase, which was made for an undisclosed sum, was the Chinese ecommerce giant’s first British brand acquisition.
Earlier this month, Shein also formally registered its interest in making a bid for Topshop, as the online giant sought to strengthen its fashion credentials.
