Participating brands can certify freelancers with their applications furthering their customer support with vetted experts.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Additionally, many small businesses suffer from a lack of support from their SaaS vendors. These small businesses don\u2019t have the ability to hire a full-time staff of professional IT support team members that specialize in maintaining and customizing their SaaS products. The freelancer\/expert then has to pass that Certification.<\/p>\n The business world is becoming more digital every year.
