What do you need to have in place to have a solid business? What
\nwould you need to have in place should you decide to sell your

There are four key areas that ALL shop owners need to have

\nsystems, reputation, and growing your customer list. All of these
\nare avenues to being able to sell, franchise, or expand your
\nbusiness.<\/p>\n

Making sure these KEY foundational systems are in place will
\ndemonstrate professionalism, show growth, and bring bigger
\nopportunities your way. It will also give you total control by
\nunderstanding the back end of your business and proving that it is
\nviable and healthy.<\/p>\n
