The demonstration will take place in two weeks\u2019 time, on Friday 16 June at 10am, at Welwyn Garden City train station, where\u00a0shuttle buses are taking shareholders to the grocer\u2019s AGM.<\/p>\n
This will give protesters \u201cenough time to lobby shareholders\u201d, according to one organiser.<\/p>\n
Last year, Tesco\u00a0chose to\u00a0remove a majority of manned checkouts from its bigger stores due to a shift towards self-service checkouts.<\/p>\n
