He is on the Board of Dormify and also served as a board member for Lenox Corp and Alternative Apparel. Ken\u2019s firm, Ken Pilot Ventures, advises brands on how to scale their business as well as actively investing in technology that supports retail and brand growth, with a focus on early-stage solutions that address online, stores, and operations. Recently, Ken launched a podcast,\u00a0The Retail Pilot: Leaders and Legends\u00a0focused on Retail CEO journeys, business experience and lessons learned.<\/p>\n<p>With his extensive experience in retail operations combined with his knowledge of technology, Ken is well-positioned to provide strong guidance at the board level and with companies he advises.
