Kankiwala\u2019s\u00a0comments come days after the partnership, which includes Waitrose, pushed back against reports that it was exploring a controversial partial demutualisation in an attempt to raise between \u00a31 billion and \u00a32 billion of new investment.<\/p>\n
It has debts of \u00a31.7 billion and faces increasing competition from online rivals.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
