Frasers Group has officially acquired\u00a0Overgate Shopping Centre in Dundee, Scotland.<\/p>\n

Overgate Shopping Centre is the primary retailing location in Dundee and features retailers Primark, Boots, Next and H&M.<\/p>\n

The centre measures 400,000sq ft in size, and is expected to offer multiple opportunities for the Group\u2019s elevated store concepts.<\/p>\n\n

Frasers Group recently purchased\u00a0The Mall Shopping Centre, in Luton.<\/p>\n

Across the two sites, Frasers Group has acquired over 1.3m sq ft of retail space, accounting for 200 retail units.<\/p>\n

Frasers Group will continue to work in partnership with specialist real estate asset manager Sovereign Centros, to manage both schemes.<\/p>\n

Sovereign Centros CEO, Chris Geaves said: \u201cWe are delighted to be involved with this acquisition. Dundee is one of those prime locations with a captured catchment where retailers trade well and we are looking forward to implementing our business plan.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
