Lidl is set to drop all the customer limits imposed on certain fresh fruit and vegetables as supply issues begin to ease.<\/p>\n

From Monday, the German grocer is understood to be removing its limit of three per customer on cucumbers, peppers and tomatoes.<\/p>\n

It joins Asda and Morrisons\u00a0in lifting restrictions that were introduced after adverse weather conditions impacted the availability of certain salad items.<\/p>\n\n

Asda has dropped its limit of three per customer on broccoli, cucumbers, cauliflower, lettuce, salad bags and raspberries but has left the restrictions on tomatoes and peppers in place.<\/p>\n

Morrisons has also followed suit in lifting its limits on cucumbers but restrictions of two per customers on tomatoes, lettuce and peppers remain in place.<\/p>\n
