In this episode, I share intentional marketing<br \/>\ntips and ideas that will help you meet the goals you set for your<br \/>\nevent. (HINT: It\u2019s more than just setting up a Facebook event, and<br \/>\ncalling it a day!)<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">A few marketing ideas I elaborate upon in this episode<br \/>\nare behind the scenes posts and sneak peeks, in-store signage,<br \/>\nnurturing your email list, press releases, loyalty programs,<br \/>\ncommunity apps, social media, and paid marketing.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">A FEW MARKETING HINTS\/TIPS<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">(1) Build up the event 6-8 weeks in advance by sharing<br \/>\nsneak peeks and posts that will elicit emotion from your<br \/>\ncustomers.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">(2) Market to your loyal customers by offering them &#8211;<br \/>\nfor example &#8211; an early opening, special door prize, etc.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">(3) Promote your event so much that it is visible on<br \/>\nyour social accounts at all times.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">(4) Think local! Invite other small businesses, pass<br \/>\nout postcards, etc.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">(5) Do ALL of the free marketing!\u00a0<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">(6) Make sure any marketing you pay for is geared<br \/>\nspecifically toward you reaching your event goal and is targeted at<br \/>\nyour ideal client.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">(7) Continue your marketing strategy throughout the<br \/>\nentire event (social posts, lives, photos, etc)\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">\u201cShow the crowd, show the people \u2026 the frenzy and the<br \/>\nfun and all of the exciting things that are happening during your<br \/>\nevent.
