Tesco is expanding its Whoosh same-day delivery service\u00a0to 800 UK stores by the end of the month.<\/p>\n

Whoosh was first launched in 2021 and expanded to 600 stores last year. It aims to deliver groceries to customers\u00a0between 30 minutes to an hour after ordering them.<\/p>\n

The grocer has put the price of the Whoosh delivery at \u00a32.99 each, with an extra charge of \u00a32 added if the order is under \u00a315.<\/p>\n\n

Customers can only purchase certain items via a Whoosh delivery with Tesco\u2019s website showing around 80 that can be bought.<\/p>\n

The 80 items range from everyday essentials, fruit and vegetables, breakfast basics, alcohol, evening meals, and Tesco\u2019s finest.<\/p>\n

Tesco charges anywhere between \u00a33.50 and \u00a37 for a one-off delivery slot depending on the time of the delivery, with an added \u00a34 if the shop is under \u00a340.<\/p>\n

Last year, it launched\u00a0\u201cDelivery Saver\u201d options for customers which allows them to pay monthly, or upfront, for their food shop delivery costs.<\/p>\n

Tesco offers a 12-month plan and a six-month plan, with a choice of off-peak and anytime delivery and anytime click and collect.<\/p>\n

It costs \u00a34.99 per month for six months or \u00a329.94 upfront for an Off-Peak Delivery Pass, where delivery is free after 3pm and same-day click-and-collect is available.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
