\nso now what? It\u2019s important that your customers are having the
\nbeautiful experience in your dream shop that you intend for them,
\nso creating a customer journey map can ensure that you are doing
\nall you can to achieve that goal.<\/p>\n

\nshop: All of the things you did to ATTRACT customers: your website,
\nGoogle My Business, social media, your front window – can customers
\nfind info easily on how to contact you?\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
\nyour shop: Is the parking lot clean? Is it easy to park? How is the
\nlighting in your shop? Are the mats clean? Did anyone greet the
\ncustomer?\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
\nshopping: Is your store properly merchandised? Is it clean? Are
\nyour staff members pleasant and helpful?\u00a0 Do you play
\nmusic?<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
\nIs your cash wrap neat? Are you offering conversation to your
\ncustomer? Is the receipt process smooth? How are you and your team
\nhandling any missteps?<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
\nthey\u2019ve left: Do you have things in place for them to refer you, to
\neasily contact you with questions, to leave a review?<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
\nreturn: Is your staff good at recognizing repeat customers? Do you

\nimportant question to ask yourself is \u201cWhat is my customer thinking
