The GMB has declared the plans as \u201cunworkable\u201d, arguing that many of those being asked to change hours would be unable to take the pay hit amid the ongoing cost-of-living crisis.<\/p>\n
The union also said it placed additional logistical difficulties on staff as the revised shifts would finish at midnight.<\/p>\n

\u201cThese changes to night-time replenishment have outraged night workers, who will now lose between \u00a3300 and \u00a3500 a month.<\/p>\n
