KDDI Corporation wanted to simplify network complexity and automate operations, streamline and modernize pre-deployment testing and network management through virtualization, and reduce total cost of ownership. They partnered with Cisco CX to implement AI-driven automation across their network operations, development, and testing environments, targeting a reduction of over 50% in network operations, development, and testing to reduce costs and accelerate deployment.
