What can the power of ten achieve? Here at Cisco, it can \u2014 and does \u2014 change lives.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

With ten days off to volunteer through our Time2Give program, $10,000 in matching donations, and tens of thousands employees participating, Cisconians are empowered to turn Purpose into action, <\/span>year after year<\/span>.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

And it\u2019s not just good for communities; it\u2019s good for business. A <\/span>three-year longitudinal study<\/span> from Cisco\u2019s People Intelligence team found that Cisco employees who gave back stayed at the company longer, had higher bonuses, and received more peer recognition.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
