During COVID-19, retailers \u2013 especially<br \/>\nthose with a strong social media presence \u2013 found themselves in a retail<br \/>\n\u201cfantasyland.\u201d Sales soared, customers flocked to online stores, and live<br \/>\nstreams were packed with eager buyers. Communities came together to support<br \/>\nlocal retailers; we hadn\u2019t seen anything to that level before.<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, serif;font-size: 16pt\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: 150%;margin-bottom: 12.0pt;margin-left: 0in;margin-right: 0in;margin-top: 12.0pt\"><span style=\"color: black;,serif;font-size: 16.0pt;line-height: 150%\">However, as life gradually returned to<br \/>\nnormal, the heightened demand started to wane. People resumed their daily<br \/>\nroutines, and the once highly engaged and well attended live streams began to<br \/>\nthin out. During the pandemic, live streams were a<br \/>\nlifeline, but for some, they\u2019ve gone a little flat. If you\u2019re facing low<br \/>\nattendance on your live streams, there are ways to breathe new life into your<br \/>\nbroadcasts:<\/span><span style=\",serif;font-size: 16.0pt;line-height: 150%\"><\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"margin-top: 0in\" type=\"disc\">\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"color: black;line-height: 150%;margin-bottom: 0in;margin-top: 12.0pt;vertical-align: baseline\"><b><span style=\",serif;font-size: 16.0pt;line-height: 150%\">Promote Across Channels<\/span><\/b><span style=\",serif;font-size: 16.0pt;line-height: 150%\">: Don\u2019t rely on a single post. Announce your<br \/>\n     live streams on all your platforms \u2013 your website, social media, email<br \/>\n     newsletters, and even in-store.
