For the benefit of creditors, the brand is using a general assignment\u00a0\u2014 an alternative to bankruptcy wherein an assignee conducts the liquidation of assets following state law. The expedited sale process is being conducted by DSI Assignments.<\/li>\n<li>Bandier is still operating, and the decision to sell was made by the board of directors due to a variety of headwind factors such as supply chain issues, Steven Victor of DSI Assignments told Retail Dive.\u00a0Bids will be accepted until 5 p.m. EST Dec. 18.
