\nimplement the sales strategies in the Sales Accelerator

\nrush!\u00a0 Customers want to shop that week between Christmas and
\nNew Year\u2019s.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
\nsales\/buying plan for Q1. Sales will slow down after the holidays
\nare over and you don\u2019t want to be caught off guard. There is a new
\nmasterclass that just released into the Inner Circle this week all
\nabout Open to Buy Inventory Management that all members have access
\nto.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
\nper square foot. If something isn\u2019t selling fast enough, you may
\nneed to make a decision to downsize the display or get rid of the
\nline completely.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
\nahead of time so you aren\u2019t missing personal things during the
\nholiday season. It doesn\u2019t feel good to let personal things slide
\nfor the \u201csake of the store.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
\nincluding personal things. (By the time this podcast airs, Jeff\u2019s
\nhouse will have been fully decorated for Christmas for 2+
\nweeks!)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
\nrelease!\u201d You\u2019ve trained your staff and they are good at their
\njobs. Schedule your days off and enjoy your time outside of your
\nshop.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

\nteam member or simply don\u2019t do it.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
