Rituals UK and Ireland managing director Penny Grivea will step down from her role after nine years.<\/p>\n

Grivea, who joined in March 2015, will leave the beauty retailer at the end of next month, Retail Week reported.<\/p>\n

During her tenure, she was responsible for Rituals\u2019 rapid store expansion as well as boosting its brand credentials and partners.<\/p>\n

Grivea will be replaced by Victoria\u2019s Secret UK and Ireland MD Annemarie Forsyth as of November 6.<\/p>\n\n

Grivea informed staff of her departure in an email: \u201cI have been working with this fabulous brand for nine years now and the time has come for me to hand over to a new leader.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt has been a fascinating journey with many ups and downs \u2013 mostly ups. I started with nine stores and a very challenging business.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe will have 80 by the end of the year and a portfolio of great partners that have helped us widen our distribution and increase our brand awareness.<\/p>\n

\u201cI couldn\u2019t be prouder of our joint efforts and achievements, for which I am very grateful to you and your teams.\u201d<\/p>\n
